Quality Inn Ocean Springs - Biloxi East

Needed an emergency room for the night due to car mechanical issues. The website quoted one price but apparently that was the Sunday rate. Friday was a bit higher. But the desk agent gave me a discount which was super nice of her. Not much of a room but great water pressure in the shower and super comfortable bed.

We stayed here this past weekend. The room was currently under renovation (which they warned us of). But it was a great price, the staff was super accommodating to our big group of people. Great location. Very close to downtown ocean springs. Breakfast was very limited to waffles, yogurt or toast but the coffee was delicious. Can’t wait to return next year!

This is nice and clean. The heat compares to motels like Days inn. No loud guest are people hanging outside the rooms. The only problem: location. I drove passed this place so many times. It’s in an area you would least expect. The location is safe. I would recommend to a friend and revisit here.

This is my 3rd day. Room was nice and clean, although I wouldn't say pristine. The staff was more professional than friendly, perhaps due to language barrier. Everything was in working order but had to go elsewhere for change for laundry. Upon request, I was given rags to wipe down my motorcycle. I did hear trains going by a couple times, but not so bad in my front located unit. All in all, a good stay.

Got a key to a room, went in and there was a guy sleeping there but they exchanged it for another straight away. I’d still recommend but it was a bit odd.

Another case of "I'm glad I didn't listen to the overly negative reviews" left by 'people' with less than 5 reviews. Always book through the property website to avoid booking issues. Booked last minute online for a same day stay. Arrived at the property and found no issues. The outside seemed in decent shape. The room I was assigned, 218, was fine. A/C was cranking along at 66, I bumped it to 70 because when it's 93 outside, 66 is chilly. Fridge was fine other than a little wonky. Maybe missing a foot tab. I'm leaving this the same day I checked in, so hopefully, nothing comes up that changes my mind. Sometimes, I partake in the breakfast unless it's for carb-lovers. I.e. biscuits and gravy, waffle/pancake makers. Bottom line, it depends on what your triggers are. One thing that may set you off is the fact that the property sides adjacent to freight, and I think amtrak lines. Bring headphones if you're a light sleeper.
